KEEN Targhee IV Mid is built with a KEEN.DRY waterproof and breathable membrane that helps keep moisture out while allowing airflow from within. The boot features a heat-resistant rubber outsole rated up to 572°F (300°C) and is assembled in the USA using premium materials sourced globally.Its 100% non-metallic construction allows for easy passage through metal detectors in high-security environments. KEEN.FUSION technology permanently bonds the upper to the outsole without the use of glues or solvents, creating a stronger and longer-lasting connection. A supportive shank enhances midfoot stability and comfort.Made with environmentally preferred premium leather sourced from an LWG-certified tannery, the boot supports cleaner water practices. A PFAS-free durable water repellent (DWR) treatment provides effective water resistance without relying on forever chemicals. The water-resistant leather helps reduce liquid absorption and maintain the leather’s quality over time.For lasting comfort, the boot incorporates a KEEN Luftcell midsole infused with approximately 100,000 microscopic air bubbles per cubic centimeter, delivering lightweight cushioning throughout the day.
