Blended especially for poultry, make your own sausage using wild game or store bought poultry. Each kit seasons 24 lbs. of meat, one lb. at a time, if you choose.

Salt, sugar, spices, maltodextrin, spice extractive, natural maple flavor, silicon dioxide (anti-caking) and citric acid (0.01%) added to protect flavor.
