Description

The Johnson/Evinrude 2-cyl, 6-8 HP, 3-cyl, 25-35/70-75 HP, and other outboard motors produced between 1968 and 2001 are compatible with this fuel pump. For usage with a fuel line that connects to the gasoline tank, the Fuel Pump EMP was created. It has a safety valve built in that will close if the pump malfunctions. Fuel is drawn from the fuel tank by the EMP through fuel lines, sent through a fuel filter to either a carburetor or a fuel injector, and then delivered to the combustion chamber.
