Rothco Olive Drab M-51 Fishtail Parka – 9462. Rothco M-51 Fishtail Parka, which was modeled by the 1951 Army parka, is the ideal coat for chilly weather. The parka is made of 100% cotton and has a brass zipper with snap-up storm flap, a polyester button-in quilted liner for added warmth, and a snap-up back flap. A secure fit is provided by the hood, waist, and bottom drawstrings, as well as the adjustable wrist cuffs. The M-51 Parka has two front flap pockets and two front flap pockets in addition to its traditional military design.
